The run started by Ali Özadam in a small workshop with 4 hand presses in Yeşildirek, Istanbul on April 1, 1951, took the name Özler Plastik in 1956 and continued in Istanbul-Tahtakale until 1961. The foundations of growth were laid in Yenikapı between 1961-1968 and the on-site growth process in Istanbul-Beşyol was accelerated in 1968. In this process, Özler Plastik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Today, the Özler family continues to invest and develop with the identity of the most modern plastic factory in our country. Within the body of Özler Plastik, 14.500 m2 closed area on 20.000 m2 land in Avcılar, 5.500 m2 closed area on 60.000 m2 land in Balıkesir for now, an inhouse facility in Gölcük, 3.000 m2 closed & 6.000 m2 open area production facility in Derince and It produces in 5 facilities in total, including injection production, in Sefaköy, Istanbul. In addition, there is a mold factory in Istanbul Avcılar location. In Özler Plastik facilities, which are constantly renewed; All kinds of innovations required by advanced technology and information age, especially automation, are implemented. The main production technology used by Özler Plastik is Blow Molding (blow molding) and injection molding method is also applied. With its 70 years of experience, especially with these methods, it serves the sectors producing automotive, packaging and durable consumer goods with high quality and advanced technology plastic products. AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY Covers plastic blowing and injection parts such as Plastic Air Ducts, Filter and Engine Area Parts, Electric Vehicle Cooling Systems, Window Washing Systems and Tanks.
