Active lock foldable boxes are used in many sectors, including the agricultural sector, both for food and non-food products, thanks to our specially designed foldable and lockable ergonomic structures, perforated softened non-sharp inner structures that do not damage the product, and comfortable handles. Especially in the agricultural sector, which has a very wide and diverse range of products, almost every product can be safely and hygienically transported with active lock foldable boxes and can maintain its freshness for a long time in cold storage. Thanks to perforated wall and base structures, these perforated boxes have full air flow and do not harm the products on the lower base when stacked on top of each other. The boxes can be transferred to markets and warehouses when fully loaded and can even be used as sales stands in supermarkets and greengrocers.

(VDA) RL-KLT, R-KLT, and C-KLT boxes, which are designed according to the specific standards set by the German automotive industry for automotive and automotive-related production, are suitable for use in automation systems and are manufactured entirely according to specified quality rules. These boxes are primarily used in the automotive and automotive-related industries. With their durable, fully closed walls and reinforced bottom structure, these boxes do not damage the products on the lower levels when stacked on top of each other. Each box in this group has a specific lid, and the lids are designed to work only with automation systems, just like the boxes. RL-KLT boxes are produced with a flat and perforated base structure suitable for water drainage, while R-KLT and C-KLT boxes have a raised and sturdy base structure.

Our hygienic pallets, which are produced especially for the transportation and storage of heavy loads, also have structural features that allow for conveyor use as well. Our hygienic pallets, which provide economical and long-lasting solutions against all the negativities caused by wooden pallets, whose number is decreasing in the sector every year, are indispensable packaging solutions for production and warehouses where hygiene standards are kept at the highest level. Our hygienic plastic pallets offer suitable solutions to the hygienic rack loading demands of our national and international customers thanks to their resistance to heavy loads. Our hygienic pallet models that can be used for almost every sector and weight offer a safe usage area for transportation and storage in every area where hygiene standards are kept at the highest level. Our hygienic pallets, which can be produced as 3 and 5 runners / skids, can also be supported with metal bars to increase rack loading capacities. Production can be made in high and lower safety rim models suitable for different needs with its robust, fully closed walls and bottom structure. Depending on the usage area, pallet loading on forklift-conveyor and rack can be made safer with anti-slip strip applications.

Plastic containers that facilitate the collection, cleaning, transfer and presentation of products in different sizes and allow for the storage of large quantities of products at once. 65x100 and 80x120 containers generally serve non-food sectors, while our 100x120 Benocons generally serve the food and agriculture sectors. Their specially designed ergonomic structures cater to a wide range of sectors such as logistics, supermarket chains, automotive, electronics, hardware, pharmaceuticals, building materials, etc. Our container product group is designed to be suitable for use with transpallets, forklifts and racks. In addition, our Benocon 100x120 container is used in the logistics and retail chain from the field to the final recipient of agricultural products, especially fresh fruits and vegetables, thanks to its soft and non-sharp inner structure that does not damage the product. Products belonging to the agriculture sector, which has a very wide and diverse product range, can be transported safely and hygienically with our Benocon containers in different sizes and can be stored in cold storage.

We have many lid options that we produce for the use of our specially designed industrial boxes, VDA KLT boxes, ALC boxes, conical mail & distribution boxes, pallets and containers. These lids are in locked, hinged and sealable structures depending on the usage area. If it is not opened by the buyers, the sealed and locked lids ensure the safe completion of the logistics chain from the loading point to the unloading point. In accordance with customer demands, features such as screen printing, laser printing, sequential numbering, hot printing, PVC kanban pocket, plastic kanban pocket and RFID label applications can be added to our lids, thus our covers gain a customer-specific structure. In addition to our 100% food-safe production, thanks to the recycled raw material opportunity provided by our recycling facilities, we can produce not only first quality, but also different colors and qualities with mixed raw materials according to the demands of our customers.
