. The MAP25-Slider is our next-generation model that features all the capabilities of our standard MAP25 machine. The film winding system features side-feeding and collection, similar to fully automatic machines, allowing for more stable film tension. Additionally, film loading has been made easier.
The system carrying the tray has been modified to a sliding design. The sliding structure distributes the weight of the tray more evenly across the support systems and smooths out movement.
7 ” touch screen PLC controls every step of the packaging process. With PLC control circuit, all stages of production and possible error messages are displayed on the screen. Gas and Air pressure information can be viewed on the screen. All kinds of trays and film types can be adjusted to suit the process. With 99 program memory, you can easily switch to different production models.
MAP25-Slider molds are manufactured from monoblock aluminum with anodized coating. Sealing plates are Teflon coated. The product is sealed between the heating plate. Bottom sealing plate, top mold, knives, heaters and PT100 are a whole.
With its special software, gradual vacuum process can be applied easily. This way, all oxygen in the package and product is removed. Liquid foods, sauces, even products that need to be packaged hot can be hermetically packed.
The MAP25-Slider Tray Sealer is used for packaging a wide variety of food products. You can choose between standard sealing or MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) sealing. Foods packaged using MAP technology preserve their freshness, taste, aroma, and nutritional value. Bacterial growth is prevented, and shelf life is extended. MAP technology, which uses vacuum and food-grade gas, is particularly preferred for packaging raw meat, fish, and poultry products, as well as semi-cooked or fully cooked foods, nuts, dried foods, meat products like salami, sausage, sucuk, and pastrami, chicken and turkey products, salads, various cheeses, offal, and olives. After the MAP packaging process, these products not only look good on the shelves but also have a long shelf life.
