Product Description

CIP unit is an advanced automatic cleaning-in-place system used for cleaning process equipment such as tanks, filling machines, pasteurizers, sanitary pipes, aseptic tanks, plate heat exchanger and other process equipment. They are compact units that provide a wide range of flexible solutions with capacities and options for every customer. The fully automated CIP units can be designed up to 5 pressure lines with separate PLC control and all of the system. CIP units automatically control the cleaning time, detergent temperature, flow, and concentration. The control of detergent concentration and sorting of liquids in the CIP unit is done using a conductivity transmitter. Mobile CIP units are also available.
