SEMI-AUTOMATIC POWDER FILLING MACHINE

The İSTAY Semi-Automatic Powder Filling Machine, developed by İSTAY, is designed for precise and controlled filling of powder and granular products in various grammages. The machine is designed for the food industry, particularly for food supplements. The 55-liter capacity conical hopper ensures controlled feeding of the product to the filling screw. Mixing vanes inside the cone prevent powder from sticking to the surface. Precise filling is possible with the servo motor-controlled filling screw, and the screw speed can be adjusted to control the filling process according to product characteristics and desired grammage. The PTFE filling screw** is removable and replaceable. The system is designed for continuous feeding. The machine can fill in the range of 20–5000 grams. The filling process can be easily managed with the load cell-equipped table, powder level sensor, and 5” PLC control panel. Up to 100 different recipes can be saved via the PLC. Product contact surfaces are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, while the constructive structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Its detachable design simplifies cleaning and maintenance. It offers practical filling via foot pedal. The İSTAY Semi-Automatic Powder Filling Machine is developed for precise and controlled filling needs of various powder and granular products.
