The OYANG XB-700/800 is a true 5-in-1 multifunctional nonwoven bag making machine, capable of producing D-cut bags, drawstring bags, T-shirt bags, handle bags AND nonwoven box bags (3D/insulated box bags via bottom-flip mechanism) — all on a single machine platform. Built on the proven B700/800 base with an added inline ultrasonic handle welding unit, it eliminates the need for separate handle-attaching equipment, streamlining production into one continuous automated process. Production speed reaches 40–100 pcs/min, with bag width 100–800mm and bag height 200–580mm (XB-800 extends up to 680mm height). Equipped with a fully automatic deviation-correction system for precise material tracking, plus an automatic photoelectric tracking sensor that stops the machine instantly when material runs out — protecting against waste and downtime. This flexibility allows converters to switch between 5 bag types on one line without investing in 5 separate machines, dramatically reducing capital expenditure and floor space while maximizing order flexibility for supermarket bags, shopping bags, garment bags, and takeaway packaging.
