• Consist of three independently driven agitators including an anchor type frequency-controlled agitator and a high-speed rotor-stator propeller and a saw-toothed disperser system. • Hydraulic system up and down movement ability for mixing parts. • There are scrapers made of Teflon around outside of the anchor type agitator system which can scrape the inner wall of the vessel.• The machine has multiple functions, like heating, cooling and vacuuming. • The whole mixing process can be done in vacuum condition so that the mixed product will not produce air bubbles. • All materials in contact with the product are made of 304, 316 and 316L quality stainless steel.• Jackets can be designed for heating-cooling with water, steam, heat transfer fluids or electric heaters. • Jackets can be designed with either single zone or multiple zones depending on process.• Safety limit switches prevent operation of agitator drives when the agitators are raised.• 62,5, 125, 250, 500 liters capacitied models are available.
