CLEANING (PURGE) SMART LAP 11061A

Screw and barrel is one of the most important instruments in the plastic manufacturing machines. Screw, barrel and die must be cleaned before changing raw materials, periodic maintenance and inspections or during longterm stoppages. Also during changing the color, the Machine must be cleaned carefully. Wear in the machines, which can occur over time in the barrel and screw, can keep raw materials on its walls and hence colors inside. When these colors get rid suddenly of the walls they are attached to, some or all of your work may be disrupted. In order to prevent this, it is enough to use our Cleaning Additive SMART LAP 11061A. It is mixed 1% with the raw material you are using and fed into the Machine. Qu- antity of the prepara- tion should be 3 times the size of the barrel volume.
