Product feeding: The product to be filled is transferred into the machine's product hopper or feed tank. Product intake: As the piston retracts, the product is drawn from the hopper into the piston cylinder. Filling process: The operator initiates the filling process by pressing the foot pedal shown in the image. The piston moves forward, dispensing the preset amount of product into the bottle through the filling nozzle. Completion of filling: Once the piston completes its set stroke, the specified quantity of product has been dispensed. The operator repeats the process by positioning the next bottle under the nozzle.
