Built on the proven high-speed servo platform of the OYANG 16S (60–80 bags/min baseline), the TECH-26 integrates the complete top-tier automation package: indirect tape applicator, vision inspection with auto defect rejection, robotic bag picking & bundling, main-machine linkage, auto mold change, and auto handle splicing. Production speed reaches 90–100 pcs/min with a compact footprint of just 80? — smaller than the 70? base model despite far greater automation. Its standout feature is the fully automatic downstream packing module: auto case erecting, auto bagging, auto case sealing, auto pressing, auto inkjet coding, auto labeling and auto palletizing — completing the entire journey from raw fabric roll to palletized finished cartons with zero manual intervention. Bag dimensions: width 100–500mm, height 180–450mm, side width 80–220mm, laminated or non-laminated film compatible. Features centered handle positioning, auto bag-mouth correction, fully adjustable handle spacing/length, and integrally cast core components (frame, side panels) for maximum stability and long-term durability.
