Single-Lane Ayran Filling and Sealing Machine

Our machine consists of six stations and operates using a pneumatically controlled rotary system. First, cups are manually loaded into the magazines on the machine. At the first station, the cups are dropped onto a star-wheel mechanism with the aid of a piston. At the second station, the cups are filled to the desired weight. At the third station, aluminum foil is placed over the openings of the filled cups. At the fourth station, a heated sealing head—equipped with a heating element—seals the foil onto the cups, ensuring a leak-proof seal. At the fifth station, the sealed cups are date-stamped. At the sixth station, the fully processed products are automatically discharged onto a conveyor belt. The products are then ready for packaging.
