Serialization and Tamper-Evident Station with Checkweigher

VISIOTT FLEX-500 combines automatic checkweighing and serialization in a compact, modular system. It prints unique 2D codes onto products and verifies codes and human-readable text using a vision system. Products outside predefined weight limits or with incorrect codes are automatically rejected. An optional tamper-evident module applies security seals to packaging and checks their correct application.
