The SA ED Wall-Mounted Hand Sanitizer Turnstile offers an ideal solution for narrow passageways and end-of-line checkpoints thanks to its compact, wall-mounted design. It is secured to the wall with steel anchors, ensuring a robust and safe installation. The turnstile prevents passage until hands have been sanitized within the unit. Featuring mandatory dual-hand sanitization compartments, it sprays sanitizer simultaneously from four points; the process begins automatically upon detecting hands via photocells. Green and red signal lights clearly indicate the status of sanitization and passage. Constructed entirely from 304-grade satin-finish stainless steel with sheet thicknesses ranging from 0.4 mm to 1.5 mm, it offers a corrosion-resistant structure. It is suitable for harsh manufacturing environments, featuring a robust, fully welded industrial chassis and an IP65 protection rating. Timed spray cycles are managed by a Siemens PLC control system. It can be adapted to various access scenarios with options such as a drop-arm turnstile and a custom-designed, triple-bend stainless steel turnstile arm.
