Product Description

PE refers to Polyethylene, one of the most widely used plastics in flexible packaging. Polyethylene includes LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE varieties with different flexibility, strength and moisture resistance. It is lightweight, chemically stable and safe for direct food contact. PE films are manufactured via blown extrusion or cast extrusion. The blown film process inflates molten PE into thin tubular film for balanced mechanical strength. The cast extrusion process forms film on chilled rollers for uniform thickness and high clarity. PE film provides outstanding heat sealability, puncture resistance and moisture barrier, making it versatile for packaging and industrial applications.
