PAYPER FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) systems are highly automated bagging solutions that perform the processes of automatically forming bags from roll-fed plastic film, precisely filling the product, and heat-sealing the bags—all within a single continuous production process. They are specifically designed for the high-capacity packaging of products such as cement, construction chemicals, chemical products, and similar powdered or granular goods. The most significant advantage of FFS technology is that it eliminates the need for pre-made bags. The system forms the bag to the required dimensions by shaping the film roll on the machine; the product is then filled into the bag in a controlled and precise manner, and the top of the bag is sealed using a heat-sealing method. Thus, bag production, filling, and sealing are carried out fully automatically according to the Form–Fill–Seal principle. PAYPER FFS systems can be designed to operate at high bag-per-hour capacities to meet the needs of facilities engaged in high-volume production. While capacity varies depending on system configuration, product characteristics, bag weight, film type, and filling technology, high-speed FFS lines can achieve production speeds of dozens of bags per minute and capacities ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 bags per hour.
