AUTOMATIC TABLET FILM COATING MIXER Our Tablet Coating System is a process system developed by İSTAY for the controlled, homogeneous, and repeatable film coating of tablets, especially in the pharmaceutical, food supplement, and various food product coating industries. The system ensures the integrated execution of the coating process with a coating drum with an optimum 120 L product coating capacity, a hot air blowing system, a pressurized solution preparation tank, an air-splitting atomizer spraying system, and a controlled air suction system. While the tablets move in a controlled manner within the coating drum, the prepared coating solution is sprayed onto the tablet surface via the atomizer nozzle. Simultaneously, the drying phase of the coating process is supported by controlled hot air supplied to the drum. This structure allows for the controlled execution of the process in applications such as film coating, enteric film coating, protective coating, color coating, and taste masking.
