Micro and small AC gear reduction motors

Both Micro AC geared motors and BLDC geared motors are integrated drive units that combine the motor with a gearbox into one assembly. Their core function is to reduce output speed while significantly increasing output torque, to meet the demand for "low speed, high torque" in various equipment. This is a simple, rugged and durable motor. It runs directly on industrial AC power. Since it has no carbon brushes or other wearable parts, it has a long service life and is virtually maintenance-free. Its speed is essentially fixed at line frequency; if speed adjustment is required, an external frequency inverter must be added. Moreover, compared with AC geared motors, BLDC geared motors adopt electronic commutation technology and use Hall sensors for precise feedback, achieving characteristics such as "constant torque, high precision, longer life, higher motor speed, and greater stability".
