LINEAR FILLING MACHINE

Our linear filling machines are manufactured in two configurations: Volumetric and Flowmeter-Controlled. Volumetric filling machines operate on a servo-controlled suction and discharge principle by means of pistons located at the rear of the machine. Filling is carried out entirely on a volumetric basis. This system is also suitable for products containing particulates or solid pieces. Filling accuracy is controlled through piston movement; however, since piston capacity determines the machine’s minimum and maximum filling ranges, the system operates within defined volume limits. In flowmeter-controlled filling machines, the product passes through a mesh-type flowmeter, while the automation system precisely measures the required filling quantity and controls the opening and closing of the nozzles accordingly. This technology provides high filling accuracy, particularly for liquid and viscous products. Each filling nozzle is equipped with an independent flowmeter, simplifying maintenance and servicing operations. In addition, since the system is not restricted by piston capacity, it can operate over a considerably wider filling range. However, this type of filling system is not suitable for products containing solid particulates.
