Linear Conveyor Bucket Filling Machine

The linear conveyor bucket filling machine is designed to automatically perform empty bucket feeding, inner surface sterilization, product filling, foil cutting and sealing, lid placing, lid closing and product discharge operations. It is suitable for the accurate and hygienic filling of yogurt, labneh, cream cheese, clotted cream, strained yogurt and similar high-viscosity or semi-liquid dairy products into buckets of different volumes. The machine can be configured modularly according to bucket dimensions, filling weight, product viscosity, production capacity and process requirements. Filling, foil sealing, lid feeding, UV sterilization, date coding and conveyor units can be integrated according to the production process.
