The OYANG HONOR 4.0 ELS is our flagship high-speed rotogravure printing machine, engineered for large-volume flexible packaging converters. Powered by a Beckhoff/B&R Electronic Line Shaft (ELS) control system, it achieves a maximum production speed of 400 m/min with ±0.05mm automatic color registration accuracy across the full web width. The machine features a fully enclosed, semi-suspended stainless-steel drying oven with low-temperature, high-airflow design that saves up to 15–20% energy consumption, plus a fully enclosed ink trough that significantly reduces solvent evaporation. Print width is customizable up to 1,350mm, supporting 5–14 color stations. It can store 3,000+ printing recipes for fast job changeovers and is suitable for BOPP, PET, PE, NY, PVC, CPP/Cellophane, aluminum foil, and paper substrates — ideal for food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, personal care packaging, woven bag printing, shrink labels, and IML (In-Mold Label) applications.
