Product Description
• The main working principle of homogenizers; It consists of the rotation of a fixed and a rotary gear.• As the product passes through the gears, it is cut, shredded and crushed. In this way, homogeneous mixing of the ingredients in the product is ensured.• The engine power of the homogenizers is 2800 rpm.• All materials in contact with the product are made of 304 or 316 quality stainless steel.
