Food Packaging

When selecting packaging for food products, it is not enough to consider only the appearance of the bottle. The packaging must be suitable for the product to be filled, the cap must close properly, the container should maintain its shape during transportation, and it must not negatively affect the quality or structure of the food. At Serdar Plastik, we manufacture PE / PP / PP COEX plastic packaging for ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, tomato paste, syrups, and various liquid food products. Our product range includes sauce bottles, plastic jars, small-volume empty plastic bottles, and food-grade jerry cans ranging from 5 liters to 25 liters. Not every food product has the same consistency or filling process. A fluid sauce and a thick mayonnaise, for example, may not provide the same ease of use when packaged in the same type of bottle. For this reason, factors such as product consistency, filling temperature, cap type, storage period, and method of use should be evaluated together.
