Filling and Packaging Line Units

ZAY Technology develops modular machine units that enable filling and packaging lines to be configured according to product characteristics, packaging requirements and production capacity. The product group includes air or water-based bottle cleaning and rinsing units, volumetric, flowmeter and load cell-controlled filling units, labelling systems, foil feeding, cutting and sealing units, as well as lid feeding and closing systems. Additional solutions supporting the production process include packaging feeding and product collection trays, lid and packaging feeding elevators, date and batch coding systems, conveyor transfer units, shrink sleeve and heat tunnels, UV sterilization units and cleaning systems for hygienic production applications. Each unit can be customized according to the shape and dimensions of the packaging, product viscosity, filling quantity, line capacity and production process. Thanks to their modular structure, the units can be integrated into new production lines or adapted to existing filling and packaging machines.
