ERKUL - UNIQUE 7000 / DRY

ERKUL UNIQUE 7000 / DRY is a tunnel-type industrial washing system developed for the continuous washing, rinsing and drying of equipment in high-capacity production facilities. The system consists of four process stages: pre-washing, main washing with detergent, rinsing and drying. Its AISI 304 stainless steel construction, specially designed rotary drum filtration system, easily removable filters and stainless steel V-Jet nozzles provide high washing performance and easy maintenance. The PLC-based touchscreen control panel allows easy adjustment of drum speed, conveyor speed and washing temperature. The integrated drying unit ensures that equipment exits the system dry after the washing process, providing a hygienic, controlled and efficient solution for high-capacity production lines. UNIQUE 7000 / DRY is suitable for high-volume washing applications in pizza production, meat and poultry processing, dairy production, dried fruit and vegetable processing, fish and seafood processing, and catering operations.
