The OYANG Easycut SS Series is our best-selling flatbed die-cutting & stripping machine, combining die-cutting and waste-stripping functions in a single automated process. Available in 5 sheet-width models — 1050 / 1180 / 1300 / 1500 / 1650SS — to match different production scales. The core "SS" configuration (Die Cutting + Stripping) delivers production speeds up to 7,500–8,500 sheets/hour with die-cutting accuracy of ?±0.075mm, powered by a max working pressure of 400 tons (upgradable to 600 tons for heavy-duty embossing needs). Core components including the crankshaft, turbine and worm gear are made from high-grade imported alloy materials, ensuring stable pressure output and long service life throughout the machine's lifecycle. The feeder unit supports top-feeder, bottom-suction, or front-edge feeder configurations for versatile material handling, while the stripping unit uses a middle-frame stripping plate matched to waste material shape/position, with upper and lower stripping punches working in coordination for precise, efficient waste removal — tools can be quickly adjusted, loaded and unloaded. The fully automated main and auxiliary delivery tables ensure neatly stacked, accurately counted output ready for quality shipment. Processable materials include cardboard, coated paper, offset paper, B/E/F corrugated board, PVC sheet, and other specialty papers.
