The OYANG Duoprocess 2xxx FSS Series is a dual-unit flatbed machine that combines Unit 1 (hot foil stamping) and Unit 2 (die-cutting & stripping) into a single integrated production line — completing hot stamping, die-cutting and waste stripping in just one pass through the machine. Available in 1050mm and 1180mm sheet-width models (2105 / 2118 FSS), with an optional 2xxx FFS configuration (foil stamping + foil stamping/die-cutting) for even greater process flexibility. The 4-suction, 4-feed feeder ensures neat, smooth, continuous sheet transport, handling sheet sizes from 400×360mm up to 1050×750mm to accommodate diverse order sizes. The foil stamping unit is driven by a high-power servo motor for precise, stable stamping in both vertical and horizontal directions, while the integrated die-cutting unit reaches a maximum working pressure of 400 tons at speeds up to 7,000 sheets/hour, with standard accuracy within ±0.1mm — and an integrated transmission system plus intelligent registration technology further tightens die-cutting/stamping position error to ?±0.1mm, meeting the strict registration demands of high-end packaging with fine graphics. Core components (crankshaft, turbine, worm gear) use high-grade imported alloy materials for stable pressure output and long service life. The 3-in-1 collaborative stripping structure with quick-lock middle-frame die plate reduces manual labor and boosts efficiency, while fully automated main/auxiliary collection tables ensure neat, accurately counted output.
