Product Description
This machine is a dual-helix-blade, high-speed, cross-longitudinal cutting machine, specifically designed for the continuous, large-scale production of printed packaging products in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. It is widely applicable to the forming and cutting of food-grade packaging materials, including burger-grade laminated wrapping paper, tray-liner paper, and similar products.
Machine Composition
The machine integrates an off-line positioning cutter function, allowing slitting (longitudinal cutting) and sheet-cutting (cross cutting) to be carried out in-line on the same unit. It also supports off-line stacking of paper sheets after shearing. The latest-generation model further supports dual-roll simultaneous loading, doubling production efficiency versus single-roll models — making it a preferred solution for large-scale food-grade paper-packaging production.
Key Technical Features
One-Pass In-Line Forming:? Longitudinal slitting and positioned cross-cutting are completed in a single pass on the same machine, effectively avoiding the waste caused by multi-process flow and significantly improving overall production efficiency.
Dual-Helix Roller Synchronized Cutting:? Adopts dual-helix roller shear-type synchronized cutting for high cutting efficiency, suitable for 30–50 g/m² paper; the cutting process features low noise and extended blade life.
High-Response Motion Control:? The motion controller uses an Inovance bus-type servo system, with motion curves processed through high-order smoothing to enable seamless transition of non-uniform motion during high-speed cutting — achieving energy efficiency and low impact.
Automatic Stacking & Collection:? The collection section is equipped with a stepping-type automatic stacking conveyor belt, which accurately counts finished products and stacks them per pallet for easy downstream packaging.
The machine offers a high degree of automation and stable operation, suitable for large-batch, continuous production of food-grade paper packaging.
