The ISTAY Drum Blender helps restore homogeneity throughout the entire drum, reducing storage-related inconsistencies and ensuring raw materials enter every production batch in a uniform condition. All this is achieved without opening the drum, helping prevent contamination. Its controlled rotating and tilting motion also allows raw materials or finished products to be discharged directly into weighing containers or process equipment, often without the need for an additional transfer pump, improving operational efficiency. The DB220 can also be used as a process mixing solution, allowing liquids, suspensions and, in suitable applications, powders or granules to be mixed directly inside the original drum instead of a separate process tank. ?
