DECAPPER MACHINE

The caps are not removed from the bottles by using specially designed caps for coolers. Bottles stay cleaner but a machine required for removing the caps to take the return bottles in to the process. The machine will be installed before the sniffer. The existence of bottle with cap is controlled by photocells those activate the bottle block device. When the bottle is blocked the de-capping device activated and specially designed holding grippers move down to grasp and pull up the cap. During pull up operation the guides prevent the bottle to be moved up together with the cap.When the arm moves back to the original start position, the gripper loosens. A stream of pressured air then blows the caps into collection bin as they are released by the gripper.• The process is controlled by PLC.
