Product Description
Instead of manual cleaning, which is insu?cient in terms of bacteriology and takes time, automated cleaning methods should be preferred in food enterprises. As in manual cleaning, "on-site cleaning method" which is carried out with the circula tion of rinsing water and detergent solution on the production line without a need to dismantle the machine and the equipment is shortly known as CIP.
