Founded in 2005, Er Vakum and Erva Plast manufacture plastic packaging at our Babaeski facility on a 20,000 m² site, with 10,000 m² of covered production space. We operate five automatic thermoforming machines, two PET sheet extrusion lines and an in-house mould workshop with CNC machining and 3D scanning. Erva Plast produces PET hinged-lid food containers, salad and sauce containers, cookie packs and microwave-safe PP meal containers. Er Vakum manufactures PET/rPET sheets up to 1,000 microns, blister packaging and custom transport separators for automotive, logistics and industrial applications. Separators are designed for component shapes and packaging layouts, including pallet-size formats, to keep parts organized and separated during transport and storage. Our experienced team supports projects from development to serial production. We actively export to 20 countries and serve manufacturers, distributors and packaging suppliers.
