On a beverage line, tipped bottles, jams and speed mismatches between machines mean lost output. Aliş Makina Bottle and Can Conveyor Lines move PET, glass and metal containers smoothly and under full control between filling, capping, labelling, packing and palletising. Line geometry that balances speed differences, guide rails that prevent tipping and adjustable diverting systems ensure uninterrupted flow at every machine infeed and outfeed. Quiet, low-vibration operation and a durable mechanical design keep maintenance to a minimum. Stainless steel or aluminium frames are available with modular, PU/PVC and hygienic belt options. By applying an ARB sorter at the shrink-wrapper infeed, we reduced a single-filing section that normally requires 15 metres to just 5 metres, and we are the first company in Turkey to apply and export the belt technology developed for can lines. Backed by installation experience in more than 15 countries, it is delivered turnkey with CE certification.
