BOSS SB SERIES 3-in-1 Monoblock for 0.5/1.5 L PET Bottle Rinsing Filling and Capping with a Capacity of 12000 BPH

BOSS SB Series 0.5-1.5 L fully automatic 3-in-1 monoblock machines are the medium-capacity filling group in the BOSS series. They are equipped with 24 rinsing valves 24 filling valves and 8 capping heads. The machine has a filling capacity of 12000-14000 bottles per hour for 0.5 L bottles and 9000-10000 bottles per hour for 1.5 L bottles. As with all other BOSS series machines the SB Series features patented hygienic filling nozzles that fill the bottles without coming into contact with the bottle surface. The capping unit is equipped with capping systems from AROL or ZALKIN two of the world's leading capping brands. No change of parts or adjustments are required when switching between different bottle sizes and the changeover can be completed in just 10 minutes. All components are CE certified and manufactured in Europe and Japan. The machine is completely manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and features a 14 mm thick frame. All parts in contact with ozonated water are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel.
