BOPP films

BOPP stands for “Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene”. It is produced by extruding polypropylene granules and stretching the film in both longitudinal and transverse directions under controlled high temperature. The biaxial stretching process rearranges polypropylene molecular chains to form a neat network structure, endowing BOPP film with high transparency, excellent surface gloss, good stiffness and stable physical properties. It is widely applied in snack packaging, adhesive tapes, printing laminates and self-adhesive label substrates, serving as an economical and reliable flexible packaging material.
