ISTAY IBC BIN BLENDER ISTAY IBC BIN BLENDER is a closed powder and granule blending system designed and manufactured with ISTAY’s own engineering infrastructure for hygienic and controlled production processes in the pharmaceutical, dietary supplement and chemical industries. The system operates with specially designed mobile IBC containers. The system enables powder and granule raw materials to be loaded, transported, blended and, when required, fed directly to the next process equipment within the same mobile IBC container. By reducing product transfer steps between processes, the system helps minimize product losses and operator intervention, facilitates cleaning procedures and supports consistent and standardized production processes. With PLC-controlled automation and safety systems, ISTAY IBC BIN BLENDER provides process safety, standardization and operational efficiency. Our IBC BIN BLENDER systems are actively used in various production facilities among ISTAY’s references. The model shown in this video is an ISTAY IBC BIN BLENDER system designed for a 1,000 L IBC container.
