JINCARE FILLING, CLOSING AND LABELING MACHINE

Empty jerry cans are manually loaded onto the conveyor. A photoelectric sensor at the machine infeed detects the required number of containers and activates the separation system. The containers are automatically transferred to the filling station. The pump-controlled pneumatic filling nozzle dispenses the preset volume with high accuracy. Filled containers are conveyed automatically to the cap feeding station. Caps are automatically picked up and placed onto the container necks. The automatic torque-controlled capping unit securely tightens each cap. The sealed containers are transferred to the automatic labeling station where labels are accurately applied. Finished products are discharged onto the exit conveyor and collected for the next production stage.
