As the standardized workhorse for B2B industrial raw material circulation and 220L steel drum aseptic liners, its streamlined structure is engineered for high-speed, stable mass production of high-capacity flat bags. IBC&FIBC Cubic Liner Making Machine --- Dedicated to 3D Gusseted Structures: Built on the same 1300 mm web-width platform, this machine is equipped with dual-side servo-driven gusset folding mechanisms to specialize in 200L to 1000L (1-ton capacity) three-dimensional liners. The resulting 3D bags fit container walls seamlessly. Beyond rigid IBC tote boxes, it directly aligns with major industry trends by empowering FIBC (flexible bulk bags/ton bags) upgrades toward liquid and high-purity material containment. Both machines come natively equipped with automated punching and high-precision valve welding technologies. The ML-BIB1300 handles "two-dimensional flat" packaging for standard 220L industrial drums, while the ML-CIBC1300 scales up to handle "three-dimensional gusseted" liners for 1-ton bulk containers and flexible FIBCs.
