The bottles washed hygienically in washing machine are counted at the machine entrance for filling after entering the filling machine in a sterile environment. The water is filled at stable filling pressure via AISI316 SS quality pump from filling tank to filling collection and the bottles are filled volumetrically in a sterile environment with flowmeter without contacting the filling nozzles. The value to be filled may be entered separately as liter from machine screen for each filling valve. The filled bottles exist the filling station after their caps are closed at cap closing unit with movement of exit conveyor. All Materials contacting the water in the filling machine are made of AISI316 SS quality Materials. The washing machine Works in synchronization. Manufactured as LINEAR or ROTARY depending on the capacity 300-12000 BP/h.
