Piston-Assisted IDM-GP Melter

Our IDM-GP hot melt gear pump melters are designed to meet standard adhesive consumption requirements. Available in 24kg, 30kg, and 50kg tank capacities, these melters allow for simultaneous operation of 2 gear pumps and up to 4 heated hose outputs. Thanks to their precise dosing capability, they can also be used as transfer tanks in specialized production processes. The units are fully compatible with PT100, Ni120, and NTC sensors. Featuring a user-friendly touch screen control panel, diagnostic system, and pattern control functionality, this machine is ideal for low-volume hot melt applications. The Teflon-coated melting chamber ensures easy cleaning. Control units can be installed externally or integrated via Modbus/RS485 communication. To maintain adhesive purity, a flow filter is included as a standard feature. The filter is designed for quick and easy cleaning or replacement during maintenance. The integrated pressure control valve helps stabilize internal tank pressure by safely returning excess adhesive to the tank, offering an additional layer of safety. Our product is suitable for use with granulated hot melt adhesives such as EVA, Polyolefin, PUR, and PSA.
