Piston Pump Tank Melting System

Our piston pump tank melting systems are specifically designed for melting and transferring thermoplastic hotmelt adhesives. Featuring six hose outlets, they provide the ideal solution for a wide range of hotmelt applications, including manual or automatic spray systems, line and dot dispensing, pattern-based adhesive applications, and robotic gluing operations integrated with automation systems. Pattern-Controlled 6-Hose Outlets Available in various models depending on the tank capacity, they are adaptable to different production needs. Equipped with six hose outlets, the system can serve up to six operators simultaneously. Optional automatic adhesive guns allow for spray, dot, line, flow, or pattern-based gluing, seamlessly integrating with automation systems. Additionally, manual handguns can also be connected to the six outlets, enabling multiple operators to perform spray, dot, or line applications simultaneously.
