Semi Tower Mortar Plants include Feeding processes, Drying processes, Sieving, Handling systems, Storage Solutions, Dosing Systems, Mixing Systems, Packaging, Palletising and Stretch Hooding. Varlık Makina Designs and manufactures vertical flow plants (without Tower concept) by increasing the height of the silos. Raw materials flow from silos to weighing hopper – mixer - Packing machine by gravity. Silos and steel structure can also be supplied and managed by Varlık Makina thus empowering customers easy and fast Project management from single contact. Semi Tower Mortar Plant is designed and setup according to customer’s area and request for different processes. Semi Tower Mortar Plants are mostly preferred for easy project management and low investment cost. It doesn’t need to have additional building tower construction to implement project as it can be installed in a standard factory buildings. For this reason, investment cost is low compared to Tower Plant.
