Litho-Laminated Boxes: B,E,F Fluting lamination can be done between 40gr and 300gr. Besides offset printing, production can be done by flexo method as well. In particular, a production speed of 40 thousand pcs/box per hour is achieved and appropriate packaging products are produced for auto-filling machines. Sentez Grup, has the capability of placing handles and tearing stripes on the detergent boxes by executing contact-free production. Thus, it has the capacity of producing 200 thousand boxes with handles and tear stripes per day. Furthermore, products with 12% more stiffness can be produced compared to normal laminated ones thanks to the chemical assembly used in the recently built production line. Above all, boxes with a coloured inner layer can be produced by tossing ink into the inner surface of the box along with oil and water barrier.
