The desired amount of raw material is placed inside the machine according to the recipe. Water supply is automatically added to the machine. Special product inlets are available for other raw material inputs. The heating process is performed by selecting the direct or indirect feature. The lower mixer motor is operated at the desired speed with speed control according to the recipe. The upper scraper & mixer is opened to ensure effective mixing of the product. The vacuum process is activated according to the recipe specifications. The prepared product is transferred using an automatic valve and product transfer pump.
