Window Film Coating Machine

Window film is a thin laminated film used for heat insulation, UV protection, explosion protection, glare protection, and peep prevention on the inside or outside of glass surfaces in cars, boats, buildings, etc. PPF(Paint Protective Film) a new type of high-performance environmentally friendly film with super toughness. After being attached, it can isolate the car paint surface from the air, prevent acid rain, oxidation, scratches, and protect the paint surface for a long time. The Window Film/PPF Coating Machine uses is a kind of equipment which first coated PSA with Micro Gravure or Slot Die Coater, dried by hot air. Then it is laminated with PI Film and coated UV Blocking agent on the back side with Micro Gravure Coater to dry with hot air, then cured by UV, and winding finally.
