5G PC Bottle Washing Machine

This is the fully automated machine washing the interior and exterior of carboys with pressurized hot water in five levels and hygienically after the empty carboys coming from branches are washed at outer washing machine. There is a preliminary station at the entry of the machine ensuring that the water in the bottle is extracted. The manufacturing is conducted for 13-36 stations up to 300-3200 bp/h capacity. • Each section has drainage stations at their end. The liquid in the bottle is drained in its own bath and do not mix into next bath. • There are separation plates to prevent waters of baths from mixing into each other. • The filtrated pressurized air blowing system empties the waters in the carboy and prevents the liquids of separate baths from mixing into each other. The air pressure is adjustable with pressure regulator. • H14 Hepa filters put at the exit section of the machine prevents the washed bottles from contacting the environment’s air. H14 Hepa filters is protected with preliminary filters. • The machine is heated with hot bath, exchanger or resistance system. • All external surfaces of hot water tank are isolated to prevent heat loss. • The machine is controlled with PLC system. • The machine gives an audial signal when starting to warn the employees at its first movement. • All alarms of the machine are audial and/or lightened. • The legs of the machine are made of stainless steel and are adjustable for ground. • There are insulated windows to ensure observation of the process in the washing machine which is completely enclosed. • Easily operated manhole lids are designed for easy cleaning of tanks.
