FULL AUTOMATIC CARTONING MACHINE

Full Automatic Cartoning machine is able to place all kind of grouped bottles, jars & cups, or flexible packages into cartons as in the desired positions. It takes the cartons from the magazine full automatically tapes them from the bottom. It is filling the products coming from one or several packaging machines as in the positions desired inside the cartons. After the filling process it tapes the top of the cartons and does the recheck of the weight. The checkweigher system is designed to reject all the filled cartons which are out of the target range of weight. The size changes could be done under a minute. It is suitable for all type of packed products and works with the free falling principle.
