DOE-2000 PRE PASTE MACHINE

The main body is made of AISI 304-grade stainless steel. The inlet hopper is helical and driven by a motor. The product can be fed into the machine in a controlled manner. The machine includes two sets of conical gear mills — one fixed and one rotating at 3000 rpm — which process the product into a puree. This milling system features water cooling. Thanks to the conical gear design, the product thickness can be easily adjusted. The angled and conical shapes of the mill gears enable efficient processing. With the pump located beneath the machine, the product is discharged immediately without remaining inside, preventing heat buildup and burning. The electrical consumption is 45 kWh.
