Pail Melter System

Our 20-liter drum melter models are designed for both thermoplastic and reactive hotmelt adhesives, offering melting capacities of up to 18?kg per hour. Compact in size and equipped with a wheeled base, the unit is easy to move and handle. Also known in the industry as pail melters or drum unloaders, these systems are ideal for processing adhesives such as PUR (polyurethane) hotmelt, EVA, PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesives), PO (polyolefin), and polyamide. Commonly used in applications like product assembly, labeling, insulation coating, profile wrapping, flat lamination, automotive door bonding, textile lamination, woodworking, and packaging, this system provides professional solutions across various industries. By melting only the upper layer of adhesive in the drum, the system preserves the unused material in solid form, protecting its bonding characteristics and thermal integrity. This “melt-on-demand” feature ensures economical adhesive usage and reduces waste.
