KULP VD-150 SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINE

The machine is a pneumatic volumetric filling machine. It accepts product from a standard or level-controlled 30-liter hopper, depending on need. The weight is easily adjusted and recorded using a hand crank and numerator. It draws the product directly from its own hopper or is connected to the bottom of the machine's production vessel and fed from there. Its high surface smoothness and argon welding technology prevent bacterial growth and contamination. Its sealing elements are made of Teflon, Viton, or polyethylene, depending on the chemical properties and temperature of the material to be filled. The machine's components are connected using tri-clamps. The nozzle, valve, and filling piston are designed for easy cleaning. They can be easily removed without using any tools. Replaceable filling nozzles are available for liquid, viscous, or granular products, depending on the product. - A pull-out platform is provided for storing packages during the filling process; this platform can be easily adjusted up and down depending on the size of the package. - The machine stands on a stainless steel frame supported by four casters. These casters allow for quick and easy loading at any location. - Tabletop and wheeled models are available. - The machine operates with 6 ATU compressed air and does not utilize any electrical or electronic systems.
