Designed for cleaning glass, plastic, and tin packaging with air, CIP, or hot water. Package groups advancing on the conveyor are captured with two grippers, rotated 180 degrees, injected with air or water, and then rotated 180 degrees again before depositing the packaging on the conveyor. Filtered air is used to remove dust and other particles from the inside of the packaging. FESTO filtration system is used to clean the air coming from the compressor. Offers high flexibility and simplicity for different jar sizes and can be easily integrated into any packaging line. An optional UV light tunnel sterilizes packages before they leave the jar cleaning machine. Touchscreen control panel. Stainless steel chassis.
